Young adult patient came to us with complex injury in his right elbow and forearm. His xray showed comminuted displaced elbow joint fracture with forearm bone fracture. He underwent fracture fixation surgery. His postoperative xray showed well reduced and fixed fractures done with multiple plates and screws. After operation patient becomes quite comfortable and discharged happily.
