65 yrs old lady came to us with severe varus deformed knees and difficulty in walking with severe pain. Her xrays showed medially subluxed knee joints with severe osteoarthritis. She planned for knee replacement surgery with stemmed tibial components and constrained prosthesis to tackle complex deformity. Postoperative xrays showed well aligned knee joints. Patient is walking comfortably and pain free. We routinely performed such complex knee replacement surgeries at Sant Parmanand Hospital
