70 yrs old gentleman came with right sided acetabular fracture following an accident. His xray showed displaced anterior column and quadrilateral plate fracture with medialization of femoral head. Thus underwent anterior column and quadrilateral plate fixation using AIP approach. After solid fixation patient can be mobilized partial weight bearing with support from tomorrow onwards.
