40 yrs old young heavy built gentleman came with right sided hip fracture following an accident. His xray and ct showed comminuted posterior wall acetabular hip fracture. Thus he underwent fracture fixation with special posterior wall plate keeping all soft tissues attached. Postop xray showed all fragments reduced back to give congruent hip joint. We routinely performed such complex surgeries at Sant Parmanand Hospital Delhi.
