Young adult patient came to us with road side accident and sustained injury in his both hip joints and SI joints. His ct scan showed displaced fracture Acetabulum left hip with right sided SI joint injury. Thus planned for fracture fixation using plates and screws. Now his pelvis become stable and patient has become pain free and in bed mobilization started.
These complex injuries requires meticulous surgical planning and skills for fracture fixation to work near great vessels.
