Young adult patient came to us with pelvic ring injury following an accident. He was first managed with fluids and oxygen. After stabilization he underwent pelvic ring reconstruction using symphyseal plating anteriorly and percutaneous s1 s2 screws fixation done for posterior stabilization. Now patient is comfortable and allowed to stand off the bed with support. We routinely performed such complex surgeries at Sant Parmanand Hospital.
