Just returned after another complex Pelvi-Acetabular fracture fixation. 45 yrs old gentleman came with 1 month old posterior wall fracture with posterior subluxation of right hip. Ct scan showed a great portion wall was fractured and displaced. Fracture fixation done with modified gibbson approach and hip was made quite stable. These complex cases require meticulous planning and skills.
