Complex Supramajor Pelvi-Acetabular Surgery

81 yrs old elderly woman came with history of road side accident and sustained multiple fractures. Her hip xray and ct scan showed complex Acetabular and femur head fractures involving anterior column with comminuted posterior column and wall. Thus after making hemodynamically stable her all fractures fixed stage wise. Because of fitness and cost issues I did posterior fixation only.
