Complex Supramajor Pelvi-Acetabular Surgery

Invited to perform Complex pelvic ring fracture fixation at sonipat. A young man came with high velocity injury sustained left sided vertical shear injury with si joint disruption. Thus performed si joint fixation with anterior approach, pelvic ring reconstruction done with multiple lvm ss plates. L5 nerve root seen and isolated while anterior fixation of si joint.
