Young gentleman came with right sided hip injury Following an accident. His xray showed displaced Acetabular fracture with medialized femur head. Ct scan showed comminuted fracture acetabulum right hip. Thus underwent fracture fixation with quad buttress plate using modified stoppas approach. Post operation xrays showed well reduced and stable hip joint.
