Just Returned after completing Pelvi-Acetabular Surgery from sonipat, A Young adult patient came with high velocity injury with sustained injury in his right hip. Xray showed posterior dislocation of hip joint with large posterior wall fracture. Hip was quite unstable with huge fragment. Thus he planned for buttress posterior wall plating to make the hip joint stable with preservation of whole soft tissues and blood supply to prevent further surgical trauma to blood supply of hip joint. These complex cases require meticulous training and skills for excellent outcomes.
