70 yrs old gentleman came with severe deformed knee joints and pain with difficulty in walking for the past 6 months. His preoperative x-rays showed advanced arthritis with bony defects. Thus he planned for knee replacement surgery. Intraoperatively bone defects were managed with cement and screws. Postoperative x-rays showed well balanced and aligned knees. Patient is walking comfortably and will be discharged happily.
